We only work with organic cotton and recycled materials. Our products comply with gold standard certificates in relation to material quality. Learn more about our certificates outlined below!
GOTS is the world leading body for organic fibres production and ensures traceability at every stage. This guarantees that the cotton is organically grown without any chemicals.
PETA approval certifies our products as vegan friendly. This stipulates that our products have no animal derived components and no animal testing is involved in production.
OKEO-TEX is a safety standard assessing substances in fabrics. In compliance with EU regulations, it ensures that products are free from any toxic or harmful substances
GRS is a voluntary product standard for tracking and verifying the content of recycled materials in a final product. It also sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions.
Recycled Polyester Labels
Our recycled polyester labels are sewn on with an organic cotton thread by the team at the Ballina Costume Company.

Our garments are embroidered by Jimmy and Patricia Walsh in a fully wind powered unit in Co. Mayo!
We make sure every worker in our supply chain is provided with a living wage and safe working conditions. How do we do this? On top of our own auditing process our workers are protected by the FairWear foundation and WRAP certification. Read more below…
WRAP is the largest factory-based certification program that ensures manufacturers comply with their 12 principles and guarantees safe, legal & ethical manufacturing processes.
The Fairwear Foundation ensures workers are in receipt of a living wage, experience no discrimination in the workplace and are treated correctly. Factories are subject to random and regular audits to ensure working conditions are safe.
We don’t stop there…
We feel it is just as important that every aspect of our packaging is as fair to the planet as is possible. Our boxes are made of recycled content, are fully recyclable and are printed on with a water based ink.
Our tissue paper is also made of recycled materials and is printed on with a soy based ink.
